Avoid overconsumption of alcohol since alcohol has been found to act like fat in the body and usually promotes weight gain.
A whole foods, whole grain, lean protein, high complex carbohydrate, low-fat, high fiber diet is the best diet for weight loss. An important key to remember is: it’s not a matter of how much you eat, but what you eat and remember a healthy diet should be high in complex carbohydrates.
